INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO ANAIKATTI
Our Students IV @ SR Jungle Resort, Anaikatti . This is establishing a connection between the course content & their practical application, that enhances the understanding of the students. The students had a brief tour to the four core operational departments : Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service and Food Production Department. This is very nice exposure for our M Batch students. They had a great interaction with the worker and also Head Chef shared his experience in this field from his first step till now.They all enjoyed the ambience and learned about each rooms, departments and their ratings according to the facilities.
